Our programming follows a professionally designed, progressive 4-day split engineered to optimize performance, maximize calorie burn, and get results.

Booking is entirely seamless. Use the real-time calendar widget at the bottom of this page to claim a spot. Our system features Sticky Contacts—meaning after your very first booking, your device will remember your profile info so you can check into future classes in just two taps.
To guarantee coaching quality, space, and equipment access, we enforce a strict 24-athlete cap per class. If a time slot is grayed out on the calendar, that session is completely full. Be sure to keep an eye on the Digital Communication Board in your member portal for live schedule announcements and studio updates
Because spots are highly limited, empty stations take training opportunities away from other athletes. If you cannot make your scheduled class, you must cancel at least 2 hours in advance via your confirmation text or portal. No-shows will automatically trigger an automated accountability check-in.
