Spartan Training 905 delivers a dynamic, partner-based workout structure designed to build consistency, confidence, and a true sense of community within every class. You’ll stay engaged, accountable, and driven by the energy of the person training right beside you. Our programming follows a professionally designed, progressive 4-day split engineered to optimize performance, maximize calorie burn, and get results.

01 / PULL DAY

Back, biceps, posterior chain, and grip strength. Built to establish a rock-solid foundation of structural strength.

02 / PUSH DAY

Chest, shoulders, triceps, and upper body power. Designed to develop force production and upper body definition.

03 / LEG DAY

Lower body strength, athletic performance, and explosive power. Focused on building a bulletproof foundation through progressive leg patterns.

04 / FULL BODY HIIT

High-intensity endurance, maximum calorie burn, and total body conditioning. A fast-paced, high-energy metabolic crucible to cap off your week.

How do members book into Spartan905?

Booking is entirely seamless. Use the real-time calendar widget at the bottom of this page to claim a spot. Our system features Sticky Contacts—meaning after your very first booking, your device will remember your profile info so you can check into future classes in just two taps.

What happens if a session hits the 24-person limit?

To guarantee coaching quality, space, and equipment access, we enforce a strict 24-athlete cap per class. If a time slot is grayed out on the calendar, that session is completely full. Be sure to keep an eye on the Digital Communication Board in your member portal for live schedule announcements and studio updates

What is the attendance and cancellation policy?

Because spots are highly limited, empty stations take training opportunities away from other athletes. If you cannot make your scheduled class, you must cancel at least 2 hours in advance via your confirmation text or portal. No-shows will automatically trigger an automated accountability check-in.

Am I fit enough?

Spartan Training is designed for all fitness levels. Our coaches scale the 60-minute workouts to your current ability, pushing you safely toward your specific goals.

What should I bring?

Bring athletic footwear, a water bottle, and the grit to push your limits. We provide the premium equipment, the coaching, and the community.

What is the Full Body HIIT day?

It focuses on high-intensity endurance, maximum calorie burn, and total body conditioning. It is a fast-paced, high-energy metabolic crucible designed to cap off your training week.

Do I need prior lifting experience?

None. Our expert coaches will guide you through proper form on our squat racks and free weights, ensuring you build lean muscle safely and effectively.
